【素麻婆豆腐】
    Vegetarian "Ma Po" Beancurd


做法

1.   燒熱2大匙油,爆香辣椒末和薑茸,加入菜脯碎炒香,拌入混合調味料略炒香濃。

2.   加入蘑菇和豆肉碎拌炒至汁微濃稠,加入豆腐略煮一會,撒上少許麻油,上碟,撒上芫碎,即可食用。


 

Method

1.   Heat up 2 tbsp oil, sautŽ chopped chillies and ginger until fragrant. Add in chopped pickled radish, stir-fry until aromatic.
      Spoon in seasoning mixture, toss until aromatic.

2.   Add in button mushrooms and vegetarian meat pieces, toss well until the sauce is slightly absorbed. Add beancurd, simmer for a while,
      splash in some sesame oil, mix well. Dish up, sprinkle with coriander, serve at once.
