Method
1.
Heat up 2 tbsp oil, sautŽ chopped chillies and ginger until
fragrant. Add in chopped pickled radish, stir-fry
until aromatic.
Spoon in seasoning mixture, toss
until aromatic.
2. Add in
button mushrooms and vegetarian meat pieces, toss well until
the sauce is slightly absorbed. Add beancurd, simmer
for a while,
splash in some sesame oil, mix
well. Dish up, sprinkle with coriander, serve at once.
